What Can I Do?

  • Volunteer your time & skills

  • Donate towards new environmental learning center at Caldwell park

  • Create memorials and recognition gifts

  • Donate unique natural areas to the Conservation Board

  • Designate Friends of Mahaska County Conservation as a beneficiary in estate and trust planning

  • Donate corporate matching funds

  • Create conservation easements on sensitive natural areas.

Friends of Mahaska County Conservation were presented The Partnership Appreciation  Award from the Mahaska County Conservation Board and staff at the February 10th Volunteer and Partnership Appreciation Dinner. 

 

Accepting the award for Friends was vice president Rodney Anderson and board member Kim Dixon. 

 

Friends of Mahaska County Conservation are very honored to receive this award.
